Simply enter the unique Tracking ID provided by your logistics sender into the search bar at the top of our homepage. Our system will instantly securely connect to the logistics network and provide real-time updates on your shipment's current status and location.
help What if my shipment is delayed?
If your shipment encounters a delay due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges, the status on your tracking dashboard will be updated to "Paused" or "On Hold." The timeline will display the specific reason for the delay.
help Are my delivery documents secure?
Absolutely. All sensitive documentation, such as Proof of Pickup, Shipping Receipts, or Customs Declarations, are protected. They are only accessible via your unique tracking portal, and some highly sensitive documents are blurred by default until you click to reveal them.
help How frequently is the tracking updated?
Tracking events are updated instantly as soon as a checkpoint scan occurs at one of our global logistics hubs or via a delivery agent. The "Last Updated" timestamp reflects the exact moment of the latest log entry in our network.
help What do the different tracking statuses mean?
Active: The shipment is currently in transit and moving as scheduled.
Delivered: The shipment has successfully reached its final destination and has been handed over to the receiver.
Paused: The shipment is temporarily held up, often for customs checks or operational delays.
